When you express interest in a property and pay a booking amount or token advance, this amount is generally used to block the property in your name and initiate the documentation process.
If you decide to cancel your property booking after paying the initial token advance, the refundability of this amount depends on the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Typically, a nominal cancellation fee may be deducted to cover administrative costs, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 15 to 30 working days.
In the rare event that a property transaction cannot be completed due to legal issues, lack of clear title, or cancellation by the developer/seller, JP Bhoomi will ensure that you receive a full 100% refund of any token advance paid, without any deductions.
Please note that once the legal documentation (such as agreements of sale or registration) has been executed, any fees paid towards legal charges, stamp duty, or registration are strictly non-refundable.
All approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment (Bank Transfer, Cheque, or online transaction) to the account of the primary applicant.
